With identified areas of improvement, we roll up our sleeves and help dig into what has been tried, what has worked, and what the team is struggling with. This step reveals root causes and allows us to formulate recommendations that matter.

DEEP DIVES

Conversations are great, but sometimes a diagram, map, or review of existing materials in order. No matter the vertical, our analysis allows us to see how workflows operate within the current design and where improvements can be made.

ANALYSIS

With the conclusion of each session we facilitate, we compile recommendations. No recommendation is off limits, and our synthesis step allows us to group potential projects into initiatives that can easily cascade into project plans with or without our support.

Ensuring that all key stakeholders are able to understand where recommendations are coming from, and for us to illustrate the knowledge we gained throughout the process, we present our technology assessment recommendations in a 90-minute intensive presentation. The document that is produced is shared and can be used as a stand-alone stepping stone for your organization, or it can be translated into a working scope of work with eGuide support.
