Marketing Management for Andersonville Chamber of Commerce

Through a partnership with Andersonville Chamber of Commerce, eGuide continues to be able to unify and optimize content strategy for the Chamber's digital presence.

Overview

The Andersonville Chamber of Commerce wanted better consistency and presence with social media, newsletter, and marketing efforts. The Chamber was able to organically transition the management of social media to eGuide from their internal management.

The goal was to provide consistent, current, and unified messaging that reflected the chamber’s active role in the community and showcase their members.

eGuide was able to begin supporting the efforts following the execution of the contract and continues to act as a partner in managing the chamber’s social media, newsletter, website, and promotional materials.

Approach

eGuide and Andersonville developed the following strategic calendar for their social media based on monthly planning meetings and weekly update meetings.

Instagram: 3-4 organic posts per week (M, W, F), 2-4 story posts per week (1 original content, 2-3 reshare posts).

Facebook: 2-3 posts per week plus pushed content.

Weekly Newsletter: Sourcing and maintenance of all weekly content, photos, and captions.

Conclusion

In partnership with eGuide, engagement on social media has continued to climb, and Andersonville was named #1 coolest neighborhood in the United States and #2 coolest neighborhood in the world. Through consistent messaging, a unified voice, and content that showcases Andersonville, eGuide continues to heighten the events, retailers, and press that the community receives.
