STRATEGIC PLANNING
MADE FOR GROWING ORGANIZATIONS

An organization is nothing without a clear vision. We use the V2MOM approach to help business owners craft a value-aligned vision and convert it into measurable milestones. Scroll down to learn more!

A PROJECT DRIVEN PLANNING METHOD

Let’s start with a conversation. We want to understand who you are and what brought you to coaching in the first place.

DISCOVERY

Our first 90m workshop will clarify your values, those qualities that make you and your business unique, so that we can craft a vision that reflects the authentic you.

VISION

But how though… Let’s think critically and tactically about which methods will actually bring you towards that all important vision. Methods allow us to identify a path to success.

METHODS

Accountability is kind, and crafting verifiable, quantifiable, measures will help your eGuide coach keep you accountable as you climb step by step living out your vision in real time.

MEASURES

A PLAN THAT PRODUCES RESULTS

Weekly 30-minute sessions will provide accountability and partnership as you make difficult organizational decisions throughout the year. As a business owner, you need someone in your corner who shares your big-picture perspective and can provide meaningful insights along the way. We’ll use your V2MOM measures to craft weekly commitments that will keep you on track to meeting your goals. We’ll be by your side for everything in the plan and everything that isn’t in the plan.

"The personalization sets them apart. They know what’s going on in each project because they’re heavily involved. When I have things like spreadsheets that I need to send their way, they give me the right level of support.

MEET THE TEAM

OUR SPECIALTIES

30 minutes fly by, so we’ll come prepared for each session with a clear agenda and develop a meeting structure that meets the needs of your specific business. These weekly sprints are touch points that remind you that you are not alone, your plan matters and that your weekly commitments will be challenging but achievable.

Our roles and responsibilities workshop is a straightforward technique that helps leadership teams reach a consensus on who should be doing what. These conversations can get a little tense, so we’ll keep things light-hearted by using emojis and sticky notes in LucidSpark to represent the tasks that need doing and the team member who will take that task on.

With the support of the eGuide System’s team, we are experts at many of the most commonly used project management software. This allows us to turn your plans into action. Whether it’s managing staff on multiple projects or tracking social media content data, we’ll help you craft exactly the tool you need to keep everything clear and organized.

When a process isn’t working, it’s time to map it out. Using LucidSpark, we work with you and your team to map the human actions and technology platforms that comprise a workflow. By highlighting and uncovering inefficiencies, we can focus on developing automation, training, and operational developments. The outcome is a perfectly mapped standard operating procedure that guides your team into a consistent operation.

Each 30m sprint will start with a vital question: What’s top of mind for you today? We ask this question because we understand what it’s like to be an organizational leader. There will be days when the agenda is irrelevant because something far more important is top of mind. Things like employee conflicts or personal emergencies will arise, and our top of mind technique allows us to address those matters while still staying on track for the year.

How do you know if now is the right time to launch a new product, idea, or operational change? When new ideas arise, we’ll help you avoid shiny new object syndrome by thinking critically about the priorities for your organization. Keeping a focus on “True North” we will guide you through prioritizing projects and ensure that any idea that is had but not executed is parked. It’s not lost! And it won’t be forgotten… but now may not be the time for everything.
