eGuide Weighs In On Working From Home

How Has It Been Working From Home?

As we are headed into week two of remote work and continually figuring out daily life with further restrictions amid the Coronavirus outbreak the team wanted to get together and give a quick recap of how working from home has affected productivity, communication, and daily habits.

While we consider ourselves “tech savvy”, these past few weeks have still brought up some major changes in how we do our jobs. Communication, amongst one another and with partners, is an integral part of how we conduct business. While we prefer to be working in the office alongside one another, we still get to embrace the nuances that make us a well-oiled team through a variety of platforms out there.

The Platforms That Power Us

We conduct a morning meeting via Zoom to get each day started, manage our projects and deadlines through Trello, and most recently have adopted to Slack for our more social daily banter.

We might be a small team but we all have different methods of maintaining productivity and ways our home office (or lack there of) operates.

How are you staying motivated and productive in these unconventional times? What are tips you have to adapt to working remotely?
