How eGuide helped customize catering sales with unique, timely inspiration documents for clients to get started with.

Overview:

The Paramount Group is known for their curated food and highly customized events, however, their sales collateral was not reflecting those capabilities into the first contact as well as monthly marketing campaigns. eGuide took something as simple as the seasonality of both food and trends, to turn out inspiration documents each month featuring a month/season specific mood board, a timely note from Owner and Founder Jodi Fyfe, and a hand selected menu with the best ingredients.

Venue Specific Inspiration Documents

In addition to monthly lookbooks, eGuide also put together inspiration documents specific to individual venues within the Chicago area. Mood boards were researched to reflect the vibe and aesthetic of each venue and menu items were picked to compliment the venue as well as the city of Chicago as a whole.
